Dr. Andre earned a Ph.D. in Education in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University GSEP. He also holds a B.S. in Management, MBA, Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and, community college teaching certification training. He has traveled extensively sharing his research and has created a global network around his dissertation topic. His successes also include Colonial life Insurance, Xerox Corp., Westinghouse Electric, and General Motors Corporations.
